The Railway Subway opens on the Bhaktivedanta Gurukula Marg

Since the school shifted to a new location in a lush green campus with zero pollution, daily commutation had been a bit of a problem. So the school came up with a subway plan that would save time and the journey. But with the subway opening getting delayed, people and students were forced to cross the railway track to reach the school and return home every day as there was no alternative route.

The solution to this complication was solved with the opening of the railway subway on the Bhaktivedanta Gurukula Marg on the 14th of October. The school's student strength is believed to drastically improve in the coming years as the school bus will take only 10 minutes to reach the school campus from Vrindavan.

BGIS is also planning to organize a competition of wall-paintings on the theme of Krishna consciousness to give a glimpse of Lord Krishna's pastimes to all the visitors passing through the subway. The Bhaktivedanta Marg's subway is good news not only for parents and students but also for teachers who commute daily.
The vision of the school has always been to give to its students a devotional environment along with a competitive pedagogy and a strong character.
