Ramayana quiz competition prize distribution

The morning assembly in BGIS helps to start the day with a cool and calm note, along with prayers and kirtans which rejuvenate the mind of the children to start a fresh day.
It generally offers a moment of reflection before the working day begins, the whole school community meet up together and the assembly becomes a medium of communicating matter of significance to each other.
Our weekly assembly has started with the school song by our senior boys. The assembly was then addressed by our CAO HG Radhakant prabhuji.
Name of the "Star of the week" boys from all the classes were being announced in the assembly, they were all called up into the stage and were given special gifts. It was a great encouraging moment for every one present there.
Prize distribution was done for the "Ramayana quiz" competition which was held during the occasion of Ramnavami.
Some important school disciplinary announcements were made by our Vice Principal and also by the School captain which has to be strictly followed by all the students.
Today is also the most auspicious appearance day of Shri Shyamananda Prabhu and Vamsivadan Thakur. Also today is Krishna Basanta Rasa and Balaram Rasayatra.
The most important festival of Hanuman Jayanti(appearance day of Hanuman ji) is also celebrated today.
The assembly ended up with the pledge.
