LAKSHYA – Online BGIS Summer Course

Due to Corona, the entire world is in Lock down. The most suffering part is the children, who
are locked up in their homes with no friends, no playgrounds and no games. Due to the fear
of contamination, all the schools are closed. The children have nothing but to kill their time
with screen. An unknown fear and news of inauspicious events, storms, earthquakes, deaths
and financial problems are in the air. All this is going to have heavy impact on the
psychology of children and we will soon face various problems in them.
Bhaktivedanta Gurukul and International school has taken an initiative to give positive
engagement for the children in this period. We have started a new certificate online live
program ‘LAKSHYA’.
Lakshya means target. We have target for the bright future of our children. Education is a
continuous process and this should not stop during the summer vacation especially in Covid
period. This time gives an opportunity to bring out the hidden talents of the children, which is
usually neglected during regular school. The children can learn skills now, practise in coming
years, only then they will be able to use them in their professional life. There is a perfect mix
of Hi-tech courses like Artificial Intelligence and App development and life skill courses on
Music & Arts and Spiritual Enrichment courses like shloka chanting, Learn Gita Live Gita.
These courses are for all age groups.
The Lakshya course got very good responses with hundreds of students joining from all
across the world. They came together to enhance their skills and learnings. The
professionals and teachers are getting huge admiration from their students. We will be soon
posting the work done by children on various platform so that the children could get
appreciation and encouragement…
