Hare Krishna !
On 22nd November, there was a grand celebration of Gopashtami at the gaushala in the Bhaktivedanta gurukula and International school campus , Vrindavan.

Gopashtami is the day in which Lord Krishna started herding the cows. He showed by His personal example the importance of protecting cows and bulls for mankind.

The program started with gau-puja, worshipping Mother Cow and was followed by ecstatic kirtan and lecture by HG Vayasaki Prabhu, a senior disciple of Srila Prabhupada from USA and a world famous kirtan singer.

The students , staff members and guests enjoyed the program.

We are grateful to the gau palak sponsors for their kind contribution and support for our gaushala.

Let us all take a resolve to serve the cows for the pleasure of Krishna .
