BGIS Swimming competition 2022

Bhakti Vedanta Gurukula and International School, Vrindavan has once again proved that it is an all-rounder. It not only excelled in academics but also in sports. It encourages its students and guides them in all possible means to bring out the best from them. The teachers put on a lot of efforts along with the students.
This year district level swimming championship was held at Ramanlal Shoreywla Public school. Eighteen schools have participated in the competition under different categories 8, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19. Bhakti Vedanta Boys gave a tough competition to all the participants. BGIS Students participated under all the categories under the training and guidance of our sports teacher Gaur Goswami Prabhu. Most of the medals were bagged by BGIS. BGIS has repeated the history after six years and nabbed its name under every category.
Dev Pandey won silver and bronze. Satwik won 4 gold medals and was declared as the star swimmer of the year. Venkat bagged in with two gold, Vedang with two silver and Uday with a bronze. Nityam and Saharsh won with bronze each. Radha Raman, Venkat, Vedang and Satwik won gold in relay. Satwik Won gold with huge points and declared star swimmer of the year. Swimming championship 2022 trophy was nabbed by BGIS.
