Auspicious farewell event at bgis 2021

On 18th February, the class XI students of Bhaktivedanta Gurukula and International School arranged a farewell ceremony to honor the outgoing students of class XII. The ceremony started at 5:00 PM with the warm welcoming of class XII students with flowers followed by a mesmerizing welcome song. The welcome speech delivered by the School Director HG Lila Purushottam Prabhu instantly gave a conducive and Krishna conscious atmosphere to everybody present there. The benign presence of all other teachers was a blessing to the students of XII. HG Narayani Mataji, on behalf of all the teachers, enlightened the students with her inspirational speech. The motivational speeches of the honourable guests also left an indelible impact on the students. The skit, as well as a group song, was well applauded by all. All graduating boys thanked and expressed their deep love and gratitude to every teacher who had consistently guided them in the right direction throughout the years. They reminisced their fun-filled days in school and expressed how difficult it was for them to go out of the portals of their alma mater.
They handed over all responsibilities to the next batch. Class XI took a pledge to function wholeheartedly in the future. Class XI presented sashes with unique qualities of every student of class XII. The entire ambiance was filled with the sentiments of separation. The Principal showered her blessings and best wishes to the Board appearing aspirants and encouraged them to move ahead in life always with confidence, determination, and devotional spirit by keeping Krishna in the centre. The ceremony concluded with the announcement of the best students of the year and a vote of thanks by class XI students to the entire school fraternity for supporting them strongly in this grand programme.
